Preliminary Construction Plans Consulting

Judy Cohn Housing and Relocation Consultants provide an extensive range of relocation consulting services. These services include (but are not limited to) residential and commercial assessments, anti-displacement plans, designing strategies for construction phasing, and relocation budgets. We provide these consultation services to a diverse clientele, such as private developers, local community development corporations, tenant organizations, federally and state-assisted housing programs, and private developers. These types of consultation services are usually a part of the pre-construction planning phase, which is completed in conjunction with the design team, tenant organizations, and property management. Our individualized approach is influenced by each assignment's specific needs and tailored to ensure a smooth and successful process.

Judy Cohn and her able associates have become a reliable part of our team in planning and implementing several complicated occupied renovation projects in Boston. With their early advice and consistent follow up we have improved our services to residents as well as coordination with construction contractors and property management.
