Preliminary Construction Plans Consulting

Judy Cohn Housing and Relocation Consultants provide an extensive range of relocation consulting services. These services include (but are not limited to) residential and commercial assessments, anti-displacement plans, designing strategies for construction phasing, and relocation budgets. We provide these consultation services to a diverse clientele, such as private developers, local community development corporations, tenant organizations, federally and state-assisted housing programs, and private developers. These types of consultation services are usually a part of the pre-construction planning phase, which is completed in conjunction with the design team, tenant organizations, and property management. Our individualized approach is influenced by each assignment's specific needs and tailored to ensure a smooth and successful process.

As the Project Manager for an $18MM occupied rehab in Lower Roxbury, Harry and Judy established a strong team and logistics that aided in the relocation of 120 households across 19 scattered buildings. The staff at Judy Cohn Housing and Relocation Consultants went above and beyond the task necessary to manage and complete the relocation component of the rehab. Being proactive on resident issues, efficient vendor management and always keeping myself and the management staff updated on the challenges and progress of relocation.
