We have extensive planning expertise to help with all types of projects. Our experience includes developing relocation plans in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal requirements, devising strategies for construction phasing, and working with Section 8 Project-Based and Housing Vouchers and state subsidies. We also provide compliance audits of existing programs.

  • As the Project Manager for an $18MM occupied rehab in Lower Roxbury, Harry and Judy established a strong team and logistics that aided in the relocation of 120 households across 19 scattered buildings.
